
For crying out loud, how long does it take for one to fix an alternator. they seemingly knew when the parts were arriving last week, but when you call them, all of a blue WEDNESDAY, they have no idea where the parts are, they can't tell you whether they have been dispatched OR NOT!!!
they keep giving me some sob story of, "well ma'am the parts are being sent from France, we can't give you an estimate as to when they are going to arrive." this is such BULL!!!
its called a TRACKING NUMBER, and for PETE'S SAKE if you've been in business for that long we all know you need a waybill to ship anything, local or not!
